Student Bring-a-Friend Tour Night

On Wednesday, April 16, students are invited to sign up for a guided tour and bring a student friend for free!

A “must see” in Providence, Lippitt House Museum is one of the few historic houses in the city that you can tour inside. Stepping through the doors offers an authentic glimpse into another era. Guided tours take visitors through the beautifully preserved Victorian-era home. The lives of the influential Lippitt family and the servants who lived and worked in the house, provide deeper understanding of the people and forces that shaped the era. This evening’s tour will also highlight stories about some of their educational experiences, including the early years of Deaf education and anecdotes from finishing school.

College students, and younger students with an accompanying adult, are encouraged to sign up: book the first student for $5, add the second student for free.
